We want you to be as cozy as possible, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original, unworn condition. Whether it's a size issue or a change of heart, we've made our exchange and refund process simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start your request.

  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason from the dropdown menu to help us improve your experience.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your Oodie items in their original packaging.

• 4.
  Ship and Relax

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
